Joseph Gianono Bouquet (for Emi) And Other Piano Pieces Genre: Contemporary Piano, Latin, Classical
Joseph Gianono’s “Bouquet” can simply be described as a beautiful collection of solo piano and multiple piano pieces. “Bouquet” is divided into three carefully placed sections.
‘Bouquet (For Emi)’ is a collection of three short piano pieces written as a gift for a beautiful Japanese woman named Emi while in various places around the world. Each of these pieces harnesses a certain emotion that can only be conveyed through the gentle sounds of a piano.
‘Italian Piano Music Suite,’ explores many different avenues of Italian piano music. From lighthearted tracks such as “La Bella Signorina” that can be imagined being played by an Old Italian Grandmother; to more intense, Mafia sounding tracks like ‘The Conversation,” Joseph Gianono demonstrates a gentle yet commanding force over the piano.
‘Music for Piano Combos,’ is a unique collection in which each piece utilizes either two or three pianos at a time. Gianono explores multiple genres including Latin, Cuban Jazz, Avant-garde, Americana and Contemporary.
